Summit rates apply once total closed units exceed 19, per the plan's payout terms. Departments only receive the full bonus value once the team reaches Basecamp (19 units) for the month.

Payout terms
  • Calculated on closed & confirmed units for August 2026 only.
  • A unit counts toward Basecamp first — only units in excess of the 19-unit total are eligible for Summit rates.
  • Attrition incentives pay to Service Delivery regardless of tier status.
  • Total units closed is New + Expansion + Referral only — Attrition is tracked separately and does not add to or subtract from this count.
  • Attrition's actual FMP still subtracts from Net New MRR — the goal is to keep attrition at zero.
  • Multiple roles can earn on the same unit (e.g. a New account pays both Sales and Talent).
  • Final amounts are subject to finance validation against CRM/billing records.
